How can I order a custom wig?
To order a custom color or length wig, please fill out the form above. All orders MUST be placed online! Custom colors will take 7-10 days to arrive.
How long is shipping?
All orders will be processed in 1/2 days. All orders should be received in 5/6 days. Keep in mind holidays & weather conditions may delay shipments.
Can I pick up my order?
Any order can be placed for pick up! You must order 1-2 days prior to the requested pick up date. Please Contact us after ordering to request pick up!
What is the return policy?
If you have any issues with Raw Xtensions please email us as soon as possible with pictures! There is a 7 day return period, after 7 days we will not accept the return.The wig/ bundles MUST be returned in its natural state! UNUSED for a full refund. Refunds will be sent once hair is received and fully inspected!
